You must be a member of The Tech Effect to access the Mentorship Mastermind program. Participants should have a clear vision of their career goals and a commitment to personal and professional growth. The program is designed to be intensive and requires active participation in workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking.
On average, participants should expect to dedicate around 20-25 hours per month to the program. This includes attending workshops, participating in mentorship sessions, and engaging in networking events. The program is designed to be flexible to accommodate the busy schedules of professionals, but a consistent commitment is essential for maximizing the benefits.
Mentors are carefully matched with participants based on their expertise, experience, and the participant’s goals. While you won’t directly choose your mentor, you will have input into the matching process to ensure a good fit. If for any reason the mentor-mentee relationship isn’t working, the program coordinators can facilitate a change.
While consistent participation is encouraged to get the most out of the program, we understand that conflicts may arise. Most sessions and events are recorded, and materials are provided afterward so you can catch up. If you miss a one-on-one mentorship session, it’s important to communicate with your mentor to reschedule or catch up on what was missed.
All workshops, mentorship sessions, and events are delivered online through the TTE Collective app. Our platform provides flexibility, allowing you to join from anywhere, and gives access to recordings and other resources for continued learning.
The cost of the Mentorship Mastermind program is structured as an annual $350 membership fee. Payment plans are not available at this time.
The Mentorship Mastermind program is designed to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and network necessary to accelerate your career. Through personalized mentorship, practical workshops, and collaborative projects, you’ll gain real-world experience and insights that directly apply to your professional challenges and aspirations. The program’s long-term structure ensures that you can implement, refine, and sustain strategies that align with your career goals.
After completing the program, you’ll continue to have access to the alumni network, where you can attend networking events and receive career resources. You may also stay in touch with your mentor for ongoing advice and guidance.
Your progress will be tracked through regular check-ins, goal-setting sessions, and feedback from your mentor. Quarterly reviews will allow you to reflect on your growth, and ongoing support will keep you on track toward achieving your goals.
The course is available through the Mentorship Mastermind program, which you’ll have access to once you join. It’s designed to be self-paced, allowing you to complete it at your convenience.
