Coaching. You’ll receive coaching to help achieve your goals and overcome challenges. We’ll work closely together to identify specific needs and create personalized plans for improvement.

Become a member by joining our online community of professionals, entrepreneurs, and mentors. Once you are a member, you will have access to our online member portal where you can sign up for the mentorship mastermind program.
2. Apply for The Mentorship Mastermind
Once logged into the Tech Effect community, you will see The Mentorship Mastermind option in the navigation menu. Select The Mastermind Mentorship program and complete the application process to be considered for approval.
3. Approval and Enrollment
Upon acceptance into The Mentorship Mastermind, you will gain access to the online materials, program schedule and full list of mentors and participants. Explore the program, upcoming events, and join the conversation by posting your thoughts or reviewing the resources.

Mentors are carefully matched with participants based on their expertise, experience, and the participant’s goals. If for any reason the mentor-mentee relationship isn’t working, the program coordinators can facilitate a change.
While consistent participation is encouraged to get the most out of the program, we understand that conflicts may arise. Most sessions and events are recorded, and materials are provided afterward so you can catch up. If you miss a one-on-one mentorship session, it’s important to communicate with your mentor to reschedule or catch up on what was missed.

This allows for flexibility and accessibility, enabling participants to join from anywhere in the world. The platform also includes resources, recordings, and forums for ongoing collaboration and communication.
